Rabi Bah, aka SoulaBabe, is a multifaceted creative whose works are mainly set in design, music and dance. Born in Conakry and raised in Toronto, culture has been a driving force in the works she produces and participates in. Creatively and from a young age, Rabi found in interest in various forms of expression ranging from garment and jewellery making, street dance, music and visual arts. She was mainly trained in Hip Hop, including Breaking, leading her to participate in local and international events. Rabi is part of a womxn street dance crew, “Rebels De La Soul”, which has nurtured and supported her ever-growing creative skills.

Rabi has been mostly involved with local, grassroots and independent initiatives, organizing and participating in events that spotlight the multidisciplinary talents of her community. It is with this drive and energy that she is able to make meaningful connections with like-minded creatives around the world. Academically, creatively and in her lived experience, she continuously seeks opportunities to contribute and further develop her capabilities for efforts that are set to have meaningful contributions to social discourse.
