iAM Action: Reclaim Your Wealth

The Workshop:
We start with facilitated group reflection and discussion challenging our current beliefs around negotiation. We then review a decolonized approach to negotiation as a tool to inspire tiny acts of liberation. Community members leave the workshop with the framework to bring a stronger sense of both self-awareness and self-advocacy to negotiations.

This workshop is for you if:

  • in the past, you felt like you didn't get what you truly deserved in a negotiation.

  • you feel underpaid in your current position.

  • you find it difficult or feel guilty asking for more.

  • you want to STEP BACK INTO YOUR POWER and reclaim your highest possible outcomes.

  • you want to do this work alongside community.
